What currency will I be charged in?
Our store works exclusively on United States Dollars (USD). Shopify enables local currency views whilst you shop, but at check out the store will revert and charge in USD.
The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?
In an effort to minimize wastage and therefore return higher margins to the charitable cause, stocks can often become limited. Knowing it is for the greater good, we greatly appreciate riders patience and understanding in these instances.
To help us determine what products customers demand and therefore need to be refilled when a product is listed out of stock you have an opportunity on the product page to advise you when supplies have been replenished.

Can I modify my order?
Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist but will not be able to modify the order if it has already shipped. If for some reason you wish to change your order please refer to the Returns Policy of the website.

Do you have sizing information?
Yes, you can view the sizing information on the Sizing Page of the website.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Each shipment receives a tracking number which will be sent to your email. You can track your order via the Australia Post tracking website.
You can expect an update from Australia Post via email when your delivery has shipped from our warehouse, arrived in your country, and then delivered.

Are taxes included in your pricing?
All prices given include VAT/GST unless stated otherwise. Any local import taxes/duties to delivery destinations are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the purchaser, if applicable. We have added a current view of these thresholds and taxes on our Shipping Policy.
What are the care instructions for garments?
Care instructions are detailed on the garment and online. We cannot be held responsible for product fault due to general wear and tear, an individuals perception on quality or a customer’s actions outside the provided care instructions.

I got an error during the payment; did my order get through?
When you've successfully placed an order at our website, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation via email. When you've received this you may assume your order has come through correctly. If you haven't received this email or if there's any other reason to assume something went wrong while ordering, please email us at email@example.com so we can check this for you.
Are there any conditions on gift cards? And what if I lose it?
Our digital egift cards are non-refundable and expire after 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused value denomination after use of the card is not refundable.
Should you lose your gift card, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase and we will reissue a voucher for you.
