Yes, returns are accepted because the Full Tank team want you to be healthy and happy. We take great care when selecting and packaging your items, however, should you find an error or wish to change your order please follow the procedures below.
Product must be unworn and returned within 14 days of receipt with original labelling and packaging intact.
If our actions caused an error with your order or the product arrived damaged, we will exchange the product, and cover the postage costs of the product back to/from your stated address. If the stock is no longer available, we will provide other alternatives or offer a refund of the product price.
If the order is an approved changeover (eg- a change in garment size or product swap etc), we will swap for a product of equal value at no cost (if in stock). All shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.
If the order is for an approved refund, we will refund the product price only. Shipping, merchant fees or currency exchange loss cannot be refunded. Product return shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.
Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be visible in your account.
Should the charity be subject to any customs charges due to the item not being marked "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE", the costs will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund.
Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA). We cannot accept any returns not accompanied by the RMA, so please ensure your return is approved via the Returns Centre before sending it to us. Any packages not accompanied with an RMA will be marked Return to Sender.
Unless paid for, we cannot hold an approved exchange item for more than 30 days. Any approved RMA not received for exchange within 30 days will be considered void.

Purchases via a 3rd party retail store
Purchases made at a retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that our 3rd party partner return policies may differ from our online store, so make sure you ask any questions about their policies before purchasing in store.
