We usually ship within 24 hours on a confirmed order, Tuesday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
All rates are based on weight and made through our postal provider in Australia Post. Tracking will be enabled for all orders where available, with email updates provided by Australia Post.
Should a shipping option not be provided at check out, this indicates a country Australia Post is unable to deliver to.
Full Tank accepts no direct liability for loss of product due to our postal providers, however, at our sole discretion, we will endeavour to replace the product once resolution with the postal provider is ascertained. Full Tank accepts no responsibility for delayed deliveries as a result of postal providers or holiday period impacts on their delivery capabilities.
Please note we are unable to send to PO Boxes.
Lost or delayed deliveries
After dispatch from the Full Tank warehouse, deliveries can take between 8-10 days to be delivered to international destinations*, and 3+ business days within Australia.
If you feel as though your parcel has taken longer than you thought to arrive, or if you believe it is lost/missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will do its best to get in touch with Australia Post to investigate the situation.
Ultimately Full Tank accepts no responsibility for lost shipments where accounted for by our shipping provider. Therefore we recommend you follow your tracking updates closely and advise us of any irregularities.
*Note that holiday periods usually affect delivery at certain times of the year. Rural destinations within a country can also slow delivery timeframes. Many countries now impose local duties on postal orders which can also slow down actual delivery times (see Local Duties section below).
Tracking your order
Yes. Each shipment receives a tracking number which will be sent to your email and you can track your order via the Australia Post tracking website here.
Unclaimed deliveries which are returned to Full Tank can be sent back at your expense. Therefore we recommend having packages delivered to an address where it can be signed and received. Any returns as a result of an incorrectly provided address can also be sent back at your own cost.
Where mail is held for an extended period or delayed by customs or quarantine authorities, they’ll get in touch with the addressee directly to let them know. If you see the track status ‘possible delay’ (or similar) when tracking your item or in tracking notifications, this usually indicates your item is being delayed by customs.
Local Duties & VAT Thresholds (International Orders Only)
To comply with export terms, all orders must be declared as merchandise along with a value. All deliveries are sent as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Orders cannot be listed as gifts.
Some countries through Europe, UK, Canada and others can incur VAT, local import duties and/or border fees. Our revised terms for international customers (as of Feb 2019) state your payment is to be registered as a donation to the charity. This enables us to now ship declaring only the lower product cost of your purchase (not your overall contribution). This will help minimize such duties, if any, for our supporters in such markets.
Where an item has been returned as part of a product exchange, this will be listed on our invoice to help customers avoid any duplication of local duties.
If your delivery is held for duties this can hold up the shipment in your country of origin until local payment is received. All such charges are at your own expense and responsibility to clear domestically.

We ship goods based on actual cost and do not include the overall contribution (donation) value of your purchase.
